A lot of things I like have already been said but I didn't see cucumbers mixed w/ sour cream... Or cucumbers mixed w/ apple cider vinegar(I know a lot of ppl don't like acv but I don't think it's bad w/ cucumbers)

Cucumbers!! I've been addicted since starting the 5:2 diet. I eat them every day!! YUM

go ahead biscuit bars 2 in a packet

    breadsticks

    an apple cut into wedges

    small box of raisins

    weight watchers low calorie soup

2 slices of nimble wholemeal toast with laughing cow lite cheese triangle and a sliced tomato

100g bowl of vanilla ice cream (sainsburys basics 100g for 146 calories)

100g of raspberries with a serving of aerosol cream

    a handful of pistachio nuts

a mug of hot chocolate made with a splash of skim milk and topped up with water, flavoured with an artificial sweetner like canderel, plus a homemade oat cookie at 50 cals

a shape yogurt which I stir in a tablespoon of rice crispies or granola ( so it is similar to muller corner crunch yogurts but a lot cheaper)

sugar free jelly with any tinned fruit

a small wholemeal pitta bread filled with 2 scrambled egg whites
