I think I have finally figured out how to post pictures. I started this journey with MFP on November 1st of last year, weighing in at 294 pounds. As of this morning, I weighed in at 198.6 pounds. It has been quite a journey and I continue to work toward my ultimate goal. Thank you to everyone for your uplifting stories, your struggles and laughs. It is wonderful to know that I am not alone. BTW, I am 53 years old and am a whole 5 feet 2.5 inches tall. Let's keep fighting together!

    Change the uppercase IMG to lowercase img.
