Calories burned 30ds vs walking

When I log the 30 day shred as circuit training it says I have burnt 257 calories, when I log 30 minutes of walking at 5 mph it says I burnt 308 calories. When I do the 30 day shred I am sweating and panting and sore after, when I go for a walk I don't feel that way so why would walking burn so many more calories? I don't have a hrm and i can't afford one right now so I'm looking for some insight.

    30DS isn't 30 minutes; I only ever log it as 20 minutes
Walking at 5MPH can be really challenging; that's very fast, practically jogging. Are you sure you are walking that quickly?
The calorie totals on MFP are inflated.

Get a Heart Rate Monitor. The calories burned given on MFP are inflated.

Whoops my bad I didn't choose 4mph because it said very brisk pace I should have chosen 3mph not 5 now the numbers make more sense and I don't log 30ds as 30 mins I do 25
