I started my journey about 2 years ago. Started at 175 and have lost 57 pounds to hit my goal weight of 118. I have learned to eat better and now i love to exercise! I honestly feel if i can do it so can every one of u guys/gals. I have had amazing friends on here who have helped me every step of the way.
