Stuck! Help me!

Hi there,
I am hoping to write a little bit about my journey today in hopes to find some like minded people, encouraging people. Basically, I started this journey a year ago as of June. In the last year (Nov. 2012) I was down about 25lbs in 5 months. I then however found out that I was pregnant so I actually threw in the towel to bothering with my exercise. I was Due in June so I had 7/8 months to go when I found out. I was making very healthful concious decisions as I knew in pregnancy how easy it was to pack on the pounds as I was pregnant once before. I ended up losing weight during my whole pregnancy and when I delivered I was down about another 15lbs. When I got home from the hospital after about 6 weeks or so I was at my lowest weight in years (199lbs) weight loss total of 51lbs.
However, now I am home with a new born and find myself eating out of boredom maybe at times when the baby is napping. Not to mention when she is napping I also quite often feel like napping as well. I just can't seem to find the energy to exercise or the willpower to eat properly. I think, I binge eat, then I feel bad about eating and it ruins my day. And unfortunately as of today I weigh about 207lbs.
My fiance and I are planning to get Married next July and I would really like to see myself at 140-160 range. I need to get my butt in gear.
I am hoping some people here can relate to what I am experiencing and maybe enlighten me as to what you have done to curb the binge eating, the laziness etc. If any of you are moms I am sure there are a few who can probably relate to being here at one time or another.
Please, no rude and obnoxious comments I truly need supportive people to help give me a boost!
Thanks!

Your biggest problem right now is probably sleep. You need to nap when she is napping or you will never have the energy to do what you need. Also try to find something to do other than eat when bored. Put the baby in a stroller and walk around the block or just get outside to a park.0

Thank you, sleep would come alot easier if I did not have a three year old at home with me too.
Definitely could do walks when rainy weather lets up!0 -
I totally understand what you are going through. I was the same way after I had my son. My problem was also boredom. What finally motivated me was going back to work. After I had my son I was around 200lbs. I am now at 174, but still need to lose some to be in a healthy weight range. I would say to find something you like to do. Maybe scrap booking with all the photos you are probably taking of the little one. Just find something that keeps you entertained.0

I was in the same situation when I first had my daughter, we ate take aways as it was convient and easy as she was wanting fed every 2 hours.
I would say, get out with the pram/buggy/kids and find somewhere to walk, park, shops, walk to family or friends houses. While doing this your burning calories and also not eating! I ate so much out of boredom but when I was out and about I could go all day without eating!0
