Hamburger Sushi

This recipe started as a joke as I was taking food to a "white trash murder mystery party". I decided to take hamburger sushi. It ended being a big success and I have made it tons of time since then!

I made my sushi using the inside of a regular hamburger. I made hamburger patties from scratch and rolled them into long rolls and fried them in a frying pan. I added in pickles, cheese, avocado and whatever else you might put on a regular hamburger. Then I rolled it like you would regular sushi. I served it with mustard and ketchup as dippers. It was a big success and I have since made for my parents and grandparents who would normally never try sushi. The loved it! Enjoy the humour in this one!

    I have been very tempted to try this same thing with hotdogs and try to see if kids would eat it at a party!

    There's a whole world of redneck sushi. Guy Fieri makes some. :D
