I added breakfast to my mealplan!

Hi,
I'm about 5' 7" and currently weigh ~181 lbs.
In the month of June (2 months back) I weighed around 200 lbs and came down to 189 lbs by the start of July. I used to consume around 1650 calories a day and had been skipping breakfast. Come July I cut down on my calorie intake to below 1500 (averaging around 1350) and started doing cardio. I started with running-jogging-walking 2.4km (net calorie 1200). By mid-July my jog-walk increased to about 2.9km and my "net" calorie intake has been below 1200.
Currently I am doing cardio of around 3.3 km burning about 245 calories. At the same time I am making sure that I walk an extra > 3km burning about another 250 calories, i.e. my total calorie burn is 450-500. Even with an additional ~380 calories for breakfast, I am trying to make sure that my net calorie intake for the day is around about 1100.
Should I be worried about decreased weight-loss? Would I be gaining weight? I am trying to increase my cardio intensity and duration at the same time. Should I start skipping breakfast again? I don't munch extra during the day if I skip breakfast. I could be consuming below 1200 calories if I skip breakfast and do about 1400 now.

I added breakfast after reading that it helps increase your metabolism, and I believe that I have low metabolism.

Breakfast doesn't increase metabolism - but that's not the issue here

You are not eating enough - why are you on 1100 net calories a day?

    I'm on 1700 a day and I'm only 5'1, works out around 1500 net.

If you don't like breakfast don't eat it - but you need to eat more or you will be losing muscle as well as fat.

I suggest reading this and adding in some strength training.

Congrats on the weight loss so far. As Iron pointed out , eat more. 1200 calories is considered quite low. Have you run your tdee? Keep in mind that MFP already has a calorie deficit built in so you need to eat back your calories burned so the deficit doesn't become too big which will likely cause muscle loss. You've done well in two months. If losing weight were a race, it would be a marathon, not a sprint.
