Please read in full to see my dilemma.
I am a 21 year old college female, and trying to tone up. I do not need to loss weight, I am currently at 5'10" and weight 135-140 lbs. I have been doing the Insanity Workout Program diligently for almost 3 weeks now, however I have been spotting for the past week and a half. I have already gone to a doctor and they said my workout regimen is to intense for my body and is throwing hormones off. I just want to be healthier, and a little more toned. So what workouts are less intense that you recommend I do to tone up overall (including my core)? Has this happened to anyone else? All responses are appreciated!!
Thanks in advance girls!

TaeBo, Celebrity Sculpt. It'll tone your body up very quickly!
Another one I like is 21 Days to a Yoga Body by Denise Austin.
Most of my life I have just had to worry about keeping things toned and maintaining, until I had a baby. I'm in week 7 of Insanity and I can TOTALLY understand it being too much! Its the most intense workout regime I've ever done!
Once I am done with insanity I am going to go back to my denise austin yoga video and the Taebo Celebrity sculpt. I used to do that TaeBo video on Sun/Tues/Thurs and Yoga on Mon/Wed, taking Saturdays off for rest and having fun! haha0 -
Thanks girl! I will check those out!0

I've triggered my cycle early before during a hectic work out schedule before, it's nice to know I'm not the only one! Kudos to being able to keep up on that work out!0
