Hello everyone! I've decided, after many years of procrastination, to do something about my weight. I'm an airline pilot, which basically entails sitting on my *kitten* most of the day, and once I get home I'm too tired to exercise. Funnily enough I'm never too tired to enjoy what the local expat bar has to offer. Not any more. I currently weigh 107kgs (which is about 235 of your finest American lbs) and would ideally like to drop to 90kgs.
I've been reading some success stories here which is very inspiring, hopefully I can post one some day!
Nice to meet you all.
Danny

welcome and good luck on your journey. You dont have to work out on this program just work to stay under your calorie goal and that will help.. And any exercise that you can do will just be an added bonus0

All that's required for weight loss is a calorie deficit. Exercise can help create a deficit, but it's not necessary.0

I'll be exercising at least 4 times a week, I've just always found an excuse not to.0

Good for you. While I agree you just need to stay under your calories, if you really want to lose weight you DO have to workout, and exercising 4 times a week sounds like a great start! good luck to you!0
