activity modifier?

I don't know if I need to choose Lightly or Moderately Active. Currently I am doing TDEE -20% with a Lightly Active modifier however have increased my exercise *days* to 6 per week in the past month - but have NOT increased the *intensity* which is pretty low (I just walk 40-50 minutes at around 3mph those 6 days. That's all for now). So I'm doing the right # of Days Per Week for a Moderately Active modifier, but I don't know if I should up it to that because the intensity is still low. Thoughts?
