    I can't add any more friends now because the ones I have are keeping me busy. I do have some advice for you:

    When YOU are ready to lose the weight and get healthy - YOU will.

    Some one said this to me about 4 years ago. I thought, Yeah, right. But you know what? That is exactly what happened. I was finally ready and I have been "doing it" for the last 15 months. In spite of life, stress, work, death, illness, boredom, lack of motivation and any other excuse that I have used in the past. I am doing it. Every day.

    How much do you want this?

    I think when we start a diet need many friends. However, friends who are not lean, because for these we are never good enough :)
