Ketosis and Keto Sticks

I would like opinion on whether or not I should be concerned that I am on day 4 of Ketosis and yet my Keto Sticks are not turning purple/trace yet? I am exercising, consuming atleast 8 bottles of water a day. Not consuming too many calories, adequate protein, and less that 20 carbs ( closer to probably 10/15) a day.

You can't rely on keto sticks. If you're drinking alot of water, the ketones in your urine become diluted so it wont show up on the sticks but it doesn't mean you're not in ketosis. Try using them only in the morning when your urine is less diluted...

I'd be more concerned at eating such low cals when you could likely lose just fine at a much higher amount of cals

I have tried both morning and evening with same results. I do think I may have that "taste of metallic" but then again I am not sure lol. I do know that for the past 2 nights I have been not tired at all at night and having slight insomnia which I have heard is sometimes seen with Keto?

Acg67- Yea I was told I needed to not really concern with calories, but I use mfp to just get a base for what all I am having. I basically just eat until I am full, no more no less.

Those aren't really a good measurement of ketosis. They will show when you are making ketones and expelling them but once your body starts to actually use your ketones for fuel you won't be expelling them in your urine very much anymore either. Measuring blood ketones is the only real accurate way to measure but they are ridiculously expensive. I wouldn't worry too much about not getting the "purple pee high". Just keep eating real foods and you will do fine.
