Caloric Value of my Homemade fresh vegetable juice

Hello, can anyone point in the best direction into figuring out the general macro's of freshly made juice? Does it matter that the fiber has been removed? That wouldn't change the sugar content in the actual juice so I should be able to just add up all the produce and calculate by adding the individual sums and dividing out the serving size? I wasn't sure if somehow it's more concentrated. I am expecting to see eye popping carbohydrate and sugar ratios and I'm perfectly fine with that. Just curious to hit a calorie goal, not a macro goal. TIA!!
