Hey everyone!

Happy to be here. I needed to get my act together and it was a toss up between here and WW. I work for myself which means 18-hr days grabbing whatever was around me (not anymore). Anyway, looking to help and be helped along this journey!

    Hello everyone,

    My name is Kathy and I have been a nurse for 35 years and have been in nursing education the past 12 years. Trying to get motivated to get healthier for myself, my family, and my students. I'm setting a small goal of 5 pounds (one I can accomplish fairly quickly) with hopes that it will motivate me to change my pattern of lack of exercise.

  • Hi I am dawn I have been trying to lose lbs for years but now I got to lose 2 stone to have my op and love some help in ways that dose not over do me as I have a lot of problems moving as I get a lot of pain so love to have some help
