I did one of these about 6 months ago! It was fun! I had an app on my phone though that sent me a reminder daily and broke it up into sets of 5 so it was doable! I loved it! I miss that app and now its not free

Doing a squat challenge right now. Only on day 10 but DEFINITELY seeing results. My backside and thighs are much more toned and I can *kind of* see a difference in my tummy.
I do also walk/run and try to do other things as well though.0 -
