Hey my name is Zach. I joined this group over the summer thanks to a person I worked with that said it worked. I never really have had the chance to look or figure out this site till now. I am working to make myself healthier and in better shape. I can't do this alone and am looking for new friends and support! I have always been a big guy and I am looking to change that.
