Have anyone had a first time where they just needed to tell someone, but no one was around? If so, share them with me!
I just had a first time tonight. I was working out because I ate horribly today at lunch and I did not have to use my inhaler at all during the workout. I am so proud of myself. It feels really good to breath without gasping.

Thanks I am! Although I have been working out consistently for a week, but trying to get my eating habit to the positive I can see something. I just hope I can stay motivated0
