Hi everyone! I am new to myfitnesspal and would love to have some friends with open diaries so I can see what others are doing to stay in their calorie goals!

Feel free to add me anyone. My diaries are always open and I try to update daily if I'm not out of town. I do cardio seven days a week and will be starting strength training next week.0

I lost almost 3 stone on here 2 years ago but over the last 18 months of attempting it alone i've gained a stone back. With my sisters wedding in 9 weeks time I need as much advice and friends to support and be supportive so the more merrier!
Once you get in the zone I found it really easy...but this time i'm on about 400 calories less...Ekkk!0 -

I don't post my workouts every day, I do post them. I use a notebook while I workout. I am not sure if I want to keep tracking my calories though. When I was doing that I was coming up short everyday and feeling terrible even if I met my caloric goal for the day (1880). I mostly do a lot of weightlifting, and this site does not adjust calories for that. It only adjusts for cardio. However, I am having a better time recovering and still dropping weight since I stopped tracking the calories.0 -
