I have a Magic Bullet. I make my smoothies with it. That's about it. As far as having weight loss success while using it, well, it's only a very small tool in the whole process!! I've had much more weight loss success using my treadmill than my magic bullet. LOL

I love my Nutribullet :) I don't think of it as a weight loss tool. It is just an awesome blender that makes great smoothies, shakes and yes margaritas :drinker:

Yea they definitely both go hand in hand. Did using it help you incorporate more veggies into your diet?

We love ours. We use it primarily for breakfast since its fast and easy when we both are trying to get out the door. My standard breakfast smoothie consists of whey protein powder, spinach, fruit, and flax seeds. I tweak the recipe as my macro and calorie needs dictate. It is not why I have lost weight, but I have used it well as a tool to assist in weight loss. We even bought a second unit for traveling and as a backup. Very good investment in my opinion.

I always forget to put protein powder in mine!! I use ground flax seed sometimes, or chia seeds! Buying a second one is a REALLY good call.. I just want to carry mine in my purse everywhere I go!

Buy whole flax seeds instead next time. The Nutribullet grinds them for you and you get better nutrition out of fresh ground than flax that is already ground and most of the nutrients have been oxidized out. I've done chia seeds also, but unless you drink it real fast, chia "gels" up the smoothie making it too thick for me. I also freeze my fruit or buy frozen fruit as I love cold smoothies....just a few tips. Enjoy.

I love mine also & use it mainly for breakfast. I usually just grab a variety of fruits & some spinach, whip it all together & drink it on my way into work. I don't credit all of my weight loss to it, but as someone else posted, I do consider it a valuable tool. Oh & this too: easiest clean-up ever.
