Hey all,
I'm not using the MFP TDEE calculator mainly because I don't trust it. Anyway, I am needing advice on my activity level, I can't find anything on google(shocking, I know). I am currently bulking and collectively lift anywhere between 3-5 hours a week. Is this moderately active? Just wondering! Thanks!

I would say you are adding muscle. If your trying to lose weight, I would suggest some Cardio! I also recommend MFP, it has great tools for help in just about every area!!0

Oh yes, hence the term "bulking". I am eating over maintenence while lifting to gain muscle (and a little fat, I know). But I actually just found strength training is defined as a moderate intesity exercise by the CDC so I found the answer to my question(hopefully)! Thank you though!0

I just found this today but you may want to ask in this forum

MFP added a new section specifically for this. I think its great!
ETA - I see you already found it.0
