    Hi! My name is Kerry and this is the beginning of my 'get healthy' life-style (I'm going to weight myself tomorrow morning...). I've never tried anything like myfitnesspal before but thought it would a great way of staying motivated, being in touch with others who are doing the same. I've lost weight before and do enjoy exercising at home with dvd's which should help! I've been successful many times before but I want to get the 'monkey off my back' now. Feels like a good day to start too - it's still Winter but feels like Spring today!
