10 days in, no change

I'm doing the 30DS and have just finished 10 days of level 1 (with 1 rest day). I don't modify any of the moves except for the push ups and I do all of the reps. I have been sticking to my calorie goal, apart from one day. I don't expect to see massive changes yet however, I have put on 3lbs (I weigh myself the same time every day and has consistently been 119 for 3 days now, I was 116) and I haven't made any changes to measurement or body fat (which I get calculated at the gym).

What am I doing wrong?

    Okay, I've opened my diary. I know the last couple of days I have eaten more rubbish as I've had friends over but other than that I can't see where I'm going wrong
