I am going to dinner with my coworkers on Saturday & I'd like to have some sort of plan. Any recommendations that won't use up an entire day's worth of calories? The site has nutrition info, but it doesn't seem to go very well with the menu they provide.

I would get the Classic Pizza Margherita! It's 481 calories, 21g fat, 75g carbs, 35g protein
Or, the Classic Caesar Salad with Shrimp and Artichokes; 515 calories, 33g fat, 23g carbs, 33g protein.
If they have it at your location, the Fresh Caprese Salad is 491 calories, 38g fat, 7g carbs, 22g protein.
Otherwise, the Create Your Own Pasta with either Meat Sauce, Spicy Marinara, or Tomato Sauce, all come in under 600 calories with 18+ g protein and just 5-6g fat...they're just super carb heavy.
your macros will likely be less than perfect no matter what you get, but hopefully something here will at least fit your calories!0 -
Thanks! I plan on going over my calorie count for the day, but I do want to be able to eat other meals and snacks tomorrow. This was very helpful0
