Should I eat back all my calories?

I have made it a habit now to workout at least once a day...is it ok to eat most of these back? Usually im under 1200 calories and I know thats bad just not sure about eating all my earnt calories back :/
Thanks in advance for any help or advice you could give me :)

    Yes, MFP is designed for you to be able to eat all of them back and still lose weight. This, of course, assumes that you have no underlying medical issues and that you have an accurate measurement of the calories you've actually burned (gym equipment has a tendency to lie).
