Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breast (this will serve about 4-5 people)
1 jar of salsa, or you can make your own if you have the time
Directions:
Just put the chicken in the crockpot, pour the salsa over the chicken until mostly covered. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. And it's done!
I've served it over rice or over egg noodles, or by itself with the salsa on over the chicken. I think its best over the rice, tho! Leftovers are super yummy too. Not 100% sure about the calories, since it kind of depends on the salsa you use, but its still low calories. Enjoy!0 -
