how to decrease carb intake???

Hello everyone I am on a very restricted calorie diet and I have noticed that preparing meals under 200 calories is the hardest thing I've ever done. What has worked for me is veggie intake, but obviously I,m craving carbs all the time. Among the adjustments I have done are:
- Buy a scale to measure the meats I ingest because those are what raises the most amount of calorie intake
- Go to the market weekly for veggies and healthy stuff (bell peppers, lettuce, cucumber, spinach).
- Give away those yummy foods that I love (temptation)
- obviously myfitnesspal has helped me count calories but I do it ahead of time so that helps a lot


What else can I do?? recipees anyone??
