Diet Patch!! Ouch!

I was watching news this morning and they were showing a new trend on losing with "Diet Patch" for your tongue! OMG..I couldn't believe it! What people would do to lose weight to steched a patch on their tongue..Ouch!! And if the person decide they don't want it, they have to wait 30 days to take it out. Wow!! I've had my tongue pierced but, wow steching ! I guess some people can do it

Anyone here knows that is trying it now?

    That is disgusting, and the article totally made me laugh. I have to confess, tho, I've had thoughts before, like "Gee, I wish I could just have someone wire my jaw shut so I'd stop eating, already!!!"

    Carrieliz...yes it is a funny article though..LOL but, ya I think there are times that we wish we can prevent ourselves from everything out there especially all the greasy food and all the sweets..but, I think it really up to you how much you want to lose weight. I think it's all about self control. They actually had something on 20/20 a brain surgery that actually trigger's your brain that you are not hungry anymore.

    This or something similar was on the news again today.
    A patch to make eating solid foods extremely painful restricting the person to a liquid diet.
    Doesn't sound healthy or smart to me. And going out with others must be a disaster.
