A Good Idea for a 30 Day Challenge

Options
Hello, Everyone. So I love a good challenge. I'm currently doing a 30 day Tae Bo Challenge that'll be over with in about 13 days. Challenges are really motivating for some people, and I'm definitely one of those people. Once this challenge is over I'm planning on doing another 30 day one in October. Problem is.... I can't think of one to do. Lol!

So basically, what type of challenges have you done that you love, or which ones do you suggest? As a side note I'm staying away from any type of fasting related ones or calorie restrictions because I'm breastfeeding..... (And because calorie restriction is not for me)

Any suggestions?

I did the Whole 30 with my husband, and it was very eye-opening. Basically it's no added sugars, no dairy, no legumes, no grains- just veggies, lean protein and some fruit. After 30 days, you add back in each food group systematically to determine whether you have a sensitivity to them. It was hard, but definitely changed the way I eat. It might be a lot for someone who is breast feeding to take on, but it actually discourages calorie counting. I was AMAZED at the amount of food I could eat following the plan, and yet I still lost 10+ lbs that month.
