Multi-Vitamin calories. Who's counting them?

I've recently purchased a GNC MegaMan Sport multi-vitamin for the calorie counting limits I have on my food intake. I scanned the box and it said it was 45 calories. Now I'm torn. I want to stay honest with my diary, but at the end of the day, those 45 calories oftenccome between a snack and me. What is the community's thoughts on this. Is anyone else challenged by this? Thanks

A whole bunch of people will probably tell you not to take a vitamin. lol
I take the woman's version of that vitamin and don't count the calories.0 -
Ok cool. Thanks. My wife is telling me the same thing0

For what I paid, I just won't count it.0

I never count my vitamins...I figured I burn the cal amount just doing normal, everyday walking in the mall or up and down the stairs, etc.0
-
I count them along with the calories on the fish oil I take. They are calories in.0
-
I take gummy vitamins because they don't make me sick to my stomach, while most other forms do, plus I take calcium chewables so I count them.0

Not being funny but are you sure you read the labelling correctly? 45cals seems rather high for vits/minerals

I used the scanner to see and in the big black letters is 45. I'm torn because, like Michaelmadonn said, "they're calories in." I guess ivwill scan them in, but possibly figure out some cardio to cancel them out. Thanks everyone for your advice and input. Keep on losing that weight and counting them calories.0

I count my supplements unfortunately but a 10 minute walk will clear that up.0

return that shyt, gnc is a rip off. You can get way better multivitamins for half the price0

I count all of mine... adds up...bout 50cals a day when i scan all of them in. Made a 'recipe' of them.0

I always count my multi-vitamin, even though it is a measly 10 calories.
..A calorie is a calorie. Every bite counts.0 -
I'm taking the Vitafusion Multivites Gummy Vitamins. Yes, I count the calories, but, it's only 15 calories for the two gummy dose, and they taste like gummy bears. Best of both worlds. I can be honest about my calories, have a small treat, and still take my vitamins. Also, two trips up and down the stairs cancels out my vitamin calories.0

It's up to you!
I take Animal Paks, wich are quite a bit more calories, and I don't count them!
But, I don't count much nowadays because I have a good idea where I should be! It's up to you, and how disciplined you need to be for your goals!0 -
Count them, but add 45 calories to your daily target0

I count them.0

I would count all calories but I would also watch for the sugar content in some of them.
I take a pregnancy vitamin that comes with an omega tablet too and they have no calories.0 -
