Ok i'm just putting this out there, i got sick of hubby telling me i looked like i had no boobs (i wear an E cup) in one of my sports bra's so i put it to the test.
My everyday T Shirt Bra is what we will call 0
Medium support sport's bra -2cm
Medium support sport's bra with cross over back -3cm
High Impact sports bra - 4cm
High Impact sports bra with back crossed over - 5cm
and just for fun i tried my good going out bra that helps the girls look their best + 4 cm

It is good to know that they are doing what they say they do.

so has anyone else noticed such a difference?

    I hate wearing a bra wish they were never invented! I wish we could all just be nude!

    I can't imagine that would be comfortable at all while running, jumping rope, or doing box jumps...

    yep somedays i don't wear one but when exercising need too or black eyes a plenty....
