Hello all. Just joined up, i''ve hit a plateau, I'm regularly going to the gym and I've recently lost 9 kilos.
It's been a month or so now since i've lost weight, but I know I'm gaining muscle.
It'll be another few months before i visit with my trainer to get evaluated, and I really want to keep going!
I believe i have the motivation, it's just hard because I have no friends in real life who are interested in the gym/fitness.
I have one friend who joins me once a week, otherwise it's my hobbie on my own.
I guess i just want people to talk to, or exchange messages .
I'm 22 (nearly 23) and currently studying and working.

Hi
Feel free to add me0 -
Heya,
I'm just starting off on my new exercise program as well. I started about two weeks ago and have been running just about everyday. Did my first ever crossfit session and I'm pretty sore now!
Good luck with your training, keep going, watching your weight sometimes isn't the best way to see if you're improving, you'll see it in your clothes and feel a lot stronger even if your weight stays the same for a while.
Make sure you try a few different things that you can have fun with.0 -

Feel free to add this old timer, I'm 40 and have been doing the weight loss for near 6 months and have gone through several plateaus which will pass, i'm sure now it's not something you are doing specifically wrong it's just your body re-evaluating it's composition and what it needs and doesn't need then usually within 2 weeks you'll drop a weeks worth of weight for no apparent reason, least that's been my experiences with my 3 plateaus so far..0
