1 week binge?!

So for the past week I have been eating a load of crap basically between 4000-5000 calories, and i feel so bad, I can already see and feel my stomach getting bigger. I currently weigh 132lbs, i used to weigh 164 pounds and managed to lose quite a bit of weight through diet and walking a few miles 3/4 times a week, but this week i went out of control and binged, i'm not even sure how much ive gained, I mean I stepped on the scales this morning and it still says 132 after 6 days of binging?! so i don't know exactly whats going on, but I have gained an inch around my hips, and my stomach looks huge... will doing cardio help me get rid of this excess fat? i mean my stomach looks horriblely huge now like im pregnant or something. I've also recently joined the gym anyways but i cant go till monday.. I feel so disgusting, I know I need to clean up my diet which i will do, but i need to know how to get rid of this excess fat quicker...

    You need to get on a plan and stick to it. Calculate your Maintenance calories and subtract 20%. Hit that goal and you should lose 1-2 lbs per week. Go to iifym.com for a calculator (look for TDEE).
