Anyone trying to "eat clean?"

I began eating clean February 2013. I'm still in the early "stages" of eating this way. When I do, I don't experience the spikes and dips I experience from processed food (due to the chemicals, extra salt, fat, and sugar), and I no longer eat Splenda - it gave me terrible headaches...or rather, I stopped getting terrible headaches after I stopped using Splenda.

I've been away from myfitnesspal for many months and am looking to track my intake (food) and output of energy, but I don't want to "exercise". I just want to eat and move normally. I think eating as clean as I can and doing just basic exercise or doing things will be better than a gym membership.

  • My fiance, daughter and I have been clean eating for a couple of months now, I've noticed all of us are much more active and lively now :)
    We use Natvia, a natural sweetner instead of regular sugar and stuff like Splenda. It's very low in calories too! :)

    I enjoy clean eating, but there are certainly a lot more plates used in making the food haha

    I don't go to the gym myself, I do Zumba at home and go for walks with my little miss everyday. It's not as intense as work out as going to the gym, but I'm definitely seeing results! :)

    I eat clean enough all week 1 day off.. I workout at home i love dvds..
    I like how clean eating makes my mommie tummy look flater!
