Took me 3 years, but here is my transformation from not quite my heaviest, but from a very heavy point to my lowest....the same place in 3 different times....the middle one being the current pic... :) I was likely 240 in the left pic...180 in the right pic......170 in the middle pic.... :)

Total loss 90 lbs.!!!! :)

    Wow! You can really see the changes, good for you! I love that they're all in exactly the same pose, same spot - you get such an accurate picture of the changes you've worked so hard on!

    Way to go Jill, this is a great comparison pic! People, if you need a motivational friend who is consistent, Jill is your girl! She lives life and enjoys a good beer once in a while but she keeps it real, she has ups and downs but is always back on board the next morning killing it again.
