I'm a newby!!!

Well hellooooo! I'm super excited about shedding these pounds! The day I decided to commit to eating right I started logging it all in myfitnesspal iPhone app. I truly believe that is why I've lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks!!!! Actually logging and tracking your calories are 90% of your weight loss success! It motivates you. You get excited for your next healthy meal. I've been eating 5xs a day and am totally satisfied. I'm loving this weight loss journey I just wish I had people I could chat w/ about it since when I discuss calories, carbs, portions etc... my boyfriend looks at me like I'm speaking another language! Lol Also I'm waiting for my Gowear fit to arrive and would love to know if anyone has tried it out. I'm on my way y'all! That new body is in sight! Lol

    Agreed on every point you make, logging makes it easier and more interesting to count calories.
