    1200 a day, plus eating back whatever i worked out!

    i tried to run, because that burned calories the quickest. so i would do that off and on wakling until i burned 300-400 calories. or some days i would just walk and try to burn 300 calories. walk on incline. and i ride my bike a lot!

    thank you @chasing185 ! i actually posted another blog when i had lost appx 17 lbs wiht pictures not too long ago, and i thought you could see a difference even in the three pounds after THAT, so that's why i posted another blog. :)
