Help with weight loss (diet and exercise)?

Hi everyone! I'm new to the MFP community and wanted to ask about whether my choices of exercise have caused me to lose weight at a slower pace than most :/

I am 5 ft 6/7 and currently weigh at 132 lbs, prior to this I weighed about 147 :/ which is something I am not proud of. I think I lost all that weight in about 3/4 months by incline walking on a manual treadmill for about 30-45 min followed by some strength training but now I am looking to lose 10lbs more by December.

Anyway the problem is, throughout this weight loss journey I developed sort of an eating disorder - it was nothing extreme, I didn't purge or starve myself but it did affect my daily life and self esteem. Has anyone ever felt this way?

I look in the mirror and I am seriously disheartened that I am still 132 lbs, even if I know I'm not trying hard enough? :/ I just end up feeling so demotivated. My diet is a lot cleaner now than it was before, I don't drink soda at all anymore or sweets etc.

My diet in a day usually consists of oatmeal for breakfast, omelette and toast for lunch and grilled veggies and a type of meat for dinner with snacks of fruits or crackers in between. So I don't think it's my diet ;/

Anyway should I just start jogging outside to try and lose weight? I don't have any fancy running shoes though (does this matter?) Are there any other alternatives to this? I only own a manual treadmill and because I'm a student I don't really have extra pocket money for the gym :/ Thank you in advance!

Sounds like you need to do some strength & resistance training, not actually lose any weight - lose a litte bodyfat, so you 'tone up'.

When you loose weight the most important is not to loose it quickly cause you’ll have stretched skin. You should loose weight little by little and take care of your skin. I didn’t face with the problem of stretched skin after this program: http://fatlossfactorsreviews.com/. Of course I worked out and ate healthy food but I guess it all depends on weight loss program. You should find suitable for yourself. If your skin is stretched don’t think about plastic surgery. First of all it costs a lot and of course it is dangerous and you can come back the fit that you had before. Good luck.
