Hello. I am henrysgma. I have alot of weight to lose and I need help. I'm trying this out hoping this time I will be successful. I have a new grandso (you can guess what his name is) and I want to be able to play with him and live long enough to see him grow up. Any helpful hints are welcome! Thanks!:smile:

    Hi i have been on this for a few months now and i have lost 29 pounds so if i can do it i am sure you can, so good luck and if you need anything just shout.
