Might be forced to eat Tuna :P

Recently it has come to my attention that i most likely will not be able to keep my protein in the 200gram range without eating tuna. I have never been a fan of the stuff even though its godlike for bodybuilders. I am however a very good cook so it gives me an advantage to making it taste better. Normally one goes though a bulking stage, and a lean stage. I am on a good track with losing remaining fat while still keeping and building lean muscle. Anyone happen to have any magical tuna tune up recipes, please let me know. :)

    u look great but would look even better if you dropped your protein to 100 grams

    Look at white premium chunk chicken breast in the canned meat section it has the same amount of protein and it is about 10 calories less!

    Yeah i think i have to face the fact that if i want my 6 pack i am going to have to do it though applying the lean stage. I hate losing mass but i really want those abs. lol BTW any MFP feel free to add me to facebook James D Fralic, I have 1 month updates of my progress and it would be nice to get feedback as well as some new friends :)

    Curious to what the price difference might be between the 2. I would lying if i didn't say i was pressed for money.
