what is your measure of success?
How do you measure whether you are achieving your goals?
Scale?
Body Fat Percentage?
Change in clothing size?
Fitness level (i.e. more push ups, run faster, run father etc.)?
I have been struggling with the number on the scale. But I notice that i am stronger.

overall health and fitness level. I could give a rats *kitten* what the scale says; it doesn't differentiate between muscle, fat, water, etc...it's a ****ty measure...I care what my blood work says and I care about my fitness.0

I use measurements and fitness to really gauge progress, pictures definitely make me SUPER happy though... the scale is meh... I weigh in like every three months or so just to see, but it's not something I rely on for the feeling of accomplishment0

I go by how I feel and my clothes. I went for a run today and my shorts started to fall down lol. I guess I need new shorts! Don't go by the scale because muscle weighs more than fat! Also, taking your measurements is a good thing to do as well.0

Progress pics are awesome! Especially when you aren't seeing significant changes on the scale. I like to use a collage app for those.
I tend to measure progress a little differently as I approach my goals. I start to care more about cardio endurance, and muscle gains.0
