How do you measure whether you are achieving your goals?
Scale?
Body Fat Percentage?
Change in clothing size?
Fitness level (i.e. more push ups, run faster, run father etc.)?

I have been struggling with the number on the scale. But I notice that i am stronger.

overall health and fitness level. I could give a rats *kitten* what the scale says; it doesn't differentiate between muscle, fat, water, etc...it's a ****ty measure...I care what my blood work says and I care about my fitness.

I use measurements and fitness to really gauge progress, pictures definitely make me SUPER happy though... the scale is meh... I weigh in like every three months or so just to see, but it's not something I rely on for the feeling of accomplishment

I go by how I feel and my clothes. I went for a run today and my shorts started to fall down lol. I guess I need new shorts! Don't go by the scale because muscle weighs more than fat! Also, taking your measurements is a good thing to do as well.

Progress pics are awesome! Especially when you aren't seeing significant changes on the scale. I like to use a collage app for those.

I tend to measure progress a little differently as I approach my goals. I start to care more about cardio endurance, and muscle gains.
