Five weeks is a good amount of time. Every time you log in your food and exercise, the site tells you how much weight you will lose at the end of five weeks. You can do it!0

Powershaker machine?
I would do a fitnessblender.com total body workout every day, and 3 times a week I will add one addressing specific areas of my body that I am not pleased with.0 -

concentrate as hard on your diet as you do your workout. Cut out as much refined sugars and flours as you can it will help I promise. I drink nothing but water now, since juice and milk are loaded in sugar and fat its a nogo. Also any grains you intake try to make them whole like couscous or quinoa they are high in protein as well.
I got a heart rate monitor to help with my calorie burn. Your heart rate is key if you really want to burn some good calories. I don't think an ab ductor machine burns a whole lot.:frown: But if you can do some thing like squat jumps, lunges on each side, then high knees through three times it will keep you heart rate up. I will usually do something like this through three times 30sec active with a 10sec rest in between then a 60sec rest before I move on to a new set of exercises.0 -
