I started at 335...the beach picture. I am 284 yesterday...fishing picture.

I have changed the way I eat. Primal eating, low carb balanced nutrition. I eat way more often in smaller amounts. I am by no means finished.

seeing a difference is nice....we all like that.

Pictures are on my profile. Ill post them here when I can get it to work.
