Quick question do you weigh your food frozen or after its cooked. For example I made chicken wings for super tonight. Frozen they weighed 12oz but after they were cooked the wings only weighed 6.21oz. I was just wondering what you people did thanks in advance

Good news guys I just found the search button for the forums. I know right. Well I have figured out that for the chicken wings. I should let them thaw then weigh them before cooking.. And weigh my other meats before cooking. I appreciate all the topics and answer my fellow mfp members have posted I have found most of my answer through out the forums. Thanks peeps. And for putting up with my shenanigans. P.s. I could use a friend.0

Hazaah! I was asking the same exact thing earlier. Thanks for finding out ( i kept on searching but often times it doesn't list cooked or raw like fruits or certain cooked foods) Luckily now i know i should be weighing pre-cooked, post thawed!0
