I never stopped. I use to hate jogging/running but now I am in love with it. I woulda never thought I could jog 2 miles under 15 minutes a piece. I am so stoked right now. :happy:

    Yay! Congrats! i am in a similar situation with running as well - it's actually really cool to see how fast your body develops. After a good run i just feel so... strong.

    I agree...Im on week 5 of couch to 5k...and I never thought I could do it. From an ex-smoker to runner...
    I am amazed at myself and how fast my body adapts. I feel wonderful after my runs mentally and physically. Good Job!

    That is so great! I can jog 3 miles at a time without stopping, but I am so slooowwww. I can't wait to see better times. Congrats!
