    I just started today...fat burning cardio is awesome! I'll be doing it for 90 days, anyone else start recently & wanna be motivators && chat/workout buddies? FRIEND ME!!! :)

    I have been doing HHA for two weeks. I've fallen back into old habits this week and am going to start doing it again tomorrow. I'd love to see how everyone else does on here!
