Top left is Oct. 2012 (455-460 lbs). Top right is Aug. 2012 (dunno weight). Bottom is yesterday (Aug. 10, 2013), and I haven't gotten on scales in about a month. I was getting obsessed and some MFP friends suggested I relax on the scales. I was at 385 in early June 2013, and I'm down a bit more...things are fitting better each day. You can do it too...never give up, never surrender!
