I'm on a cut... My caloric my
Number is 2500 cals a day.. Today I ate almost 5000 cals ... Should I cut my calories next to nothing the next day?? Thanks

No, don't punish yourself and make yourself miserable. You'll just set yourself up to feel ravenous and binge.
Either write today off and start again tomorrow, or if you really can't do that, lower your calories by 100 a day for the next week or so to do damage control. It won't totally make up for it, but one bad day isn't going to ruin your hard work.0 -
Nah, it's only 1 day's worth of calories extra, which you can either work a little harder every day or cut a portion of your daily calories every day. We all have blow out days.... Trust me :blushing:0

Drink extra water, have a day of lots of steamed vegetables and healthy things tomorrow and the rest of the week do extra exercise. Just keep going, sometimes you eat too much it's ok, try to keep moving forward! All is well.0

Yes I would cut it by 300 for the next few days if under a specific time frame for a cut. If you're not then it's nothing big, just don't do it again.0 -
Everyone is allowed a cheat day. But I agree on the drinking water. It will make you feel more full the more you drink, so that should help you out.0
