I am not from ZAF but can support. Whats been going on? What is your TDEE and Macros? What type of results are you looking to get. As long as you are in a caloric deficit you should be losing weight. Sometimes not losing weight isnt that bad. If you are losing fat and gaining muscle your weight might stay the same however your belly may shrink or you could be losing fat on other parts of your body. Dont get discouraged, this is the time when most people give up and never see results. This is the part where you need to work even harder. The first couple of pounds are the easiest.

My TDEE is 2252 and not sure what my macros is. I try to keep my carbs down as I feel less bloated. If I exercise every day am I also supposed to eat those calories I have burned? surely not isn't that the whole point of exercise?

If your TDEE is 2252 in order to lose you will need to eat about 10% less to start. Protein intake should be about 1.4-2grams /KG bodyweight, fat should be 1-2g/KG bodyweight. You can fill in the remainder of your cals with whatever mix of carbs, fats and proteins you wish. Make sure to hit your daily macros for protein and fats. Each gram of carbs and protein are 4 cals and each gram of fat is 9 cals. After you have calculated your macros try them out for about 2 weeks. Its best to only weigh yourself once a week and ensure its at the same time, ie Sunday mornings. If at the end of two weeks you are not satisfied with the results, adjust up or down as necessary. Dont rely on MFP for net cals, we already calculated by subtracting 10%. It will trick you into thinking have have more cals that you can eat, but you cannot.

Thanks JJ will try it out. Although 10% seems rather high I don't even think i was eating that many calories before i started losing weight.
