what a great day

I walked all over Seattle today and my husband and kids wore out before I did.
I ate lunch at the Old Spaghetti Factory and pushed my plate away after eating only half of my Chicken Marsala.
I bought a pair of DKNY jeans in a size 8 for $2 (that's right two dollars) at a thrift store.
In the past year I've started to eat a little better, move a little more, have lost 25 pounds and went from a size 14 to a size 8. Nothing drastic, no pills, shakes, or protocols. Now I get to enjoy days like this. I am a happy happy girl.

What a great day and what a brilliant bargain! I love that!
I'm glad to see it can be done the healthy way. I was considering losing the weight by trying a gastric balloon, even though I know that it's mad. All it takes is honest to goodness hard work!0 -
