I've been doing the 30 day squat challenge and I am almost finished, on day 25 right now. I'm not sure if it's just the squats and probably some other exercises that I've been doing but I realized that my vertical jump is so much higher now.

I haven't measured it out but when I play volleyball I can really feel myself get up there. If I can keep this up that would be awesome, I think this is my favorite NSV so far!
